How does the Managed-Tender work?

JobTender24 allows you to reach a huge network of professional recruiters with your placement. In the first step your vacancy will be published anonymously. Our project managers select the best recruiters for your vacancy and activate them.

They’ll start searching for suitable candidates based on your detailed briefing. This process is similar to a classic headhunter project, but on a pure success base with several recruiters searching at the same time.

In addition, you determine the success commission that YOU are willing to pay in case of a placement yourself. There are no negotiations. With the FLAT you can submit as many placements as you like, while also being able to use all functions and tools.
